Francis V. Casano Jr. moved his family from Connecticut to Vero Beach and started the business from the ground up, bringing with him a military background and hands-on electrical experience.
Frank III leads the field operations with over 45 years of industry experience. He is respected for his craftsmanship and the guidance he has offered to others in the trade, including teaching at multiple apprenticeship schools over the years.
Kathryn joined the company after graduating from Stetson University with a focus on strengthening company culture and continuing the family’s commitment to raising the standard of the industry locally. In 2024, she became a state licensed contractor.

Technician Qualifications
All apprentices are enrolled & sponsored in an accredited apprenticeship program; and our lead technicians are individually licensed or they bring 15+ years of field experience.
